Mr. Sisto’s vast knowledge, corporate leadership and visionary fortitude continue to propel STC into the future.

President
Christopher Woelffer, President, brings over 20 years of Commercial Banking experience to STC Capital Bank. His commitment to service excellence and client relationships are instrumental to the bank’s vision. His banking career includes executive leadership positions at prominent financial institutions in the Chicagoland area.

Executive Vice President & Chief Retail Officer
With over 25 years in the banking industry and valuable experience in Human Resources, Marketing and Branch Management, Valerie DuCharme, Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer, directs the Retail Team at STC Capital Bank. Her primary focus is building client relationships and delivering unparalleled service. Ms. DuCharme has held prior executive management positions at leading financial institutions in the Chicago suburbs.

Brings over 25 years of banking experience from major multi-national financial institutions. Tom's strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting experience encompassing all areas of banking, enable the STC management team to make sound and effective business decisions.

Kevin J. Hull
Senior Vice President & Senior Lending Officer
Bringing over 20 years of Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate experience to the STC Team, Kevin Hull’s background includes assisting companies with merger and acquisition financing, working capital financing and equipment financing. Kevin’s business philosophy focuses on putting the client first, understanding the client’s needs and then recommending solutions that are consistent with the client’s goals.
